Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies. Like most website operators, Only collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers, mobile applications and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request when visitors use the Services. Only’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Only’s visitors use the Services. From time to time, Only may release non-personally identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Services. Only also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to the Services. For instance, Only may monitor the Services to help identify spam. We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). In addition to log data, we may also collect information about the device you’re using to access the Services, including the type of device, the operating system, device settings, device identifiers and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. To learn more about the information your device makes available to us, please review the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider.

The technologies we use for automatic data collection may include “cookies”, web beacons or “flash cookies”. A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone or other device. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone or device. However, if you select this setting, some parts of the Site may become inaccessible or not function properly. In addition, the Site may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us to analyze data on your use of the Site (e.g., recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity). Certain features of our Site may use local stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on our Site. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies. Pages of our Site may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Only, for example, to count users who have visited those pages and for other related site statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity). We may also use remarketing cookies to advertise on third party web sites, such as Twitter and Facebook, after you use the Services.

We use different analytic tools which serve the purpose of measuring, analyzing and optimizing our marketing measures and provide you with customized advertisements that could be of particular interest to you. In particular, we may use the following tools:

Google Analytics uses cookies which enable an analysis of your use of the Sites. The information collected (IP address, browsing activities and other data linked to your usage of the Sites) is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.  You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to the Sites by disabling cookies on your browser. To see how you can opt-out of certain Google features, visit: Google Analytics Opt Out Link.

Google Tag Manager helps to manage website tags through a single interface. The tool itself (implementing the tags) triggers other tags that may themselves collect (personal) data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

We use vendors to help us operate, distribute, market, and improve our services, such as data hosting and maintenance, analytics, customer care, marketing, advertising, payment processing and security operations. We also share information with vendors who distribute and assist us in advertising our services. For instance, we may share limited information on you in hashed, non-human readable form to advertising vendors. Some of those service providers, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country and by using the Services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.

Other Providers of Products and Services. We may provide other third-party providers of products and services (for example OpenTable, Ticketmaster, etc.) access to personal information that you voluntarily provide on our Site so that such providers can provide products and services to you. We contractually require such providers to provide protection for personal information and to limit the use of such information for the purpose agreed to by you when submitting such personal information on our Site. By submitting personal information on our Site in connection with receiving products and/or services from these providers, you (i) consent to our transmission of your personal information to such providers, (ii) agree that your personal information will be subject to their privacy policies, and (iii) agree that you should contact them directly for more information about their specific privacy and opt-out policies.

We may disclose personally-identifying when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Only, third parties or the public at large. We may share your personal information to enforce our agreements with you and/or to investigate, prevent or take other action regarding suspected illegal or fraudulent activities, or other wrongdoing.

For Corporate Transactions. We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if Only or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Only goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of Only may continue to use your personal and non-personal information only as set forth in this policy.

Other Disclosures. We may also disclose your personally-identifying information if you expressly consent to the disclosure. We may disclose non-personally identifiable aggregated information about our users without restriction.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Only does not generally sell information as the term “sell” is traditionally understood. However, to the extent “sale” under applicable law is interpreted to include advertising technology activities such as those disclosed in this Privacy Policy as a “sale”, we will comply with applicable law with respect to such activities.

Right to Know: The right to know about what personal information Only collects about you, and our intended use of, and purposes for collecting, your personal information.
